PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
Rosanna Molinari Weber was admitted to practice in Florida in 1996. During the first several years of her practice, Rosanna Molinari Weber was an associate attorney in the Real Estate Departments of the prestigious Miami law firm of Zack Kosnitzky and the national law firm Duane Morris. As a native of Ecuador, S.A. and fluent Spanish speaker, Rosanna Molinari Weber catered to a largely South American clientele. Today, Rosanna Molinari Weber, a shareholder of the Firm, continues to represent victims of negligence from South America and elsewhere in personal injury actions including automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, insurance contract disputes and employment related litigations.

Rosanna Molinari Weber is a member of the Florida Bar Association and South Miami/Kendall Bar Association. Additionally, she is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court and all the State Courts of Florida.
EDUCATION
Rosanna Molinari Weber graduated with Honors from Miami-Dade Community College in 1991. In 1993, she graduated with Honors from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Thereafter, Rosanna Molinari Weber attended the St. Thomas University School of Law on an academic scholarship and graduated with Honors in 1996.

Rosanna Molinari Weber is grateful for all the wonderful opportunities that our great country has afforded her. In addition, she continues to maintain close ties to her country of origin, Ecuador, S.A. Most recently, Rosanna Molinari Weber has been active in the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce (former vice president), the Bi-National Chamber of Commerce and Fundacion Chichi Puig (president), a charity whose purpose is to aid underprivileged Ecuadorian families.
