PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
In 1994, Randy M. Weber began practicing law with the multi-national law firm of White & Case as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department. After 3 years as a Commercial Litigator, Mr. Weber served as a Special Assistant Public Defender for the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office. While there, he tried more than 20 criminal jury trials. In 1999, Mr. Weber headed up his own civil trial law firm specializing in representing individuals in personal injury trials including automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, insurance contract disputes and employment related litigations.

Mr. Weber is a member of the Florida Bar; Dade County Bar Association; Dade County Trial Lawyers Association; Florida Justice Association (formerly Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers); the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and The American Bar Association. Mr. Weber is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court and U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.
EDUCATION
Mr. Weber is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree Magna Cum Laude in English. Upon graduating in the Top 2% of his Class at UGA, Mr. Weber was admitted to the University of Miami School of a Law as a Dean’s Honor Scholar and a recipient the Dean’s Honor Scholarship, a merit-based full tuition scholarship. While in law school, Mr. Weber was on the Dean’s List each year and an Associate Editor of the University of Miami School of Law Inter-American Law Review. In 1994, Mr. Weber earned his Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude, graduating in the top 3% of his class.
